The Kazakhstan Grain Union reported feed meal exports from Kazakhstan for September-May 2025/26. May shipments were 41% higher than in April, the highest monthly volume ever recorded. The cumulative total for the first nine months was 2,756,000 tons, 1.88 times more than the same period last year and 24% more than the total export volume for 2024/25. Over 99% of exports went to China, despite logistical challenges.
The Union increased its forecast for feed meal exports in the current marketing year to 3.3 million tons, assuming no administrative barriers.
